Licensed to practice law in New York, he brings a global perspective to his work, drawing from his extensive legal education and experience in both the U.S. and Turkey.
He earned his law degree from Bilkent University, followed by an LL.M. in U.S. Law from Loyola University Chicago and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Ankara University. Before establishing his firm, he gained valuable experience as an immigration paralegal in Chicago for nearly three years, working on complex immigration cases. Since 2021, he has successfully led Tunc Law Firm PC, guiding clients through employment-based, investment, and business immigration matters.
Known for his analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client success, he provides tailored legal strategies that align with both immigration and business goals. MURATHAN OKTAR
Murathan earned his law degree from Hacettepe University Faculty of Law in 2020 and became a licensed attorney through the Ankara Bar Association in 2021. His passion for immigration and international legal systems led him to the United States, where he completed an LL.M. in U.S. Law at Loyola University Chicago in 2023.
In 2024, he was admitted to the Missouri Bar, officially licensed to practice law in the U.S.
With legal experience rooted in two countries and a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system, Murathan brings valuable insight and leadership to our growing practice.
